Update to the Suburb View Real Estate Search Engine

in
Suburb View is a Real Estate search engine. It searches the internet for property listings gathering enough information to then display the property on the map, and to then link back to the listing so you can view the entire details. An Illustrated version of the Suburb View Search Engine in action

To give a rough calculation on what Suburb View scans for information, with approx 16,000 Suburbs and searching over 140 web sites that are in the public domain. There are over 2 Million Suburbs Listings checked and details to be confirmed to be active every week.

All the Property prices are shown on the web site with any sales text removed, for example "Cheap house for $250,000" will be shown as $250,000

A recent update has been made to the prices information to now take full advantage of the Google Base Data API. Previously if there was information that Suburb View found on a web site, the listings on the map would appear like :

Now as the Suburb is loaded, this information is now instantly checking with Google Base Data API for more information and will transform the listing on the map to now appear like :

So the listings that are checked against Google, will have a description and all the images available to scroll through.
I have noticed some sites submitting to Google Base the "price_lower_limit" as a value they don't necessarily want exposed, as this value is used on some sites as part of a property price search. So please take note if there are some unexpected property prices appearing on prices.

I do hope Suburb View helps you search for Property in Australia, and New Zealand to find your dream home.
